Kelly Gibson is an energetic addition to our team, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for community engagement. With a decade of experience as a Therapeutic Program Worker (DSP) with the State of Ohio, Kelly is well-versed in supporting and empowering individuals living with disabilities.
Her academic background is equally impressive. Kelly received her master's degree in leadership development from Wright State University in 2022. This educational achievement, combined with her practical experience, makes her a strong leader capable of guiding community engagement initiatives with creativity and empathy.
A Proven Track Record in Community and Wellness Advocacy
Kelly's commitment to wellness and community advocacy is evident through her various roles and accomplishments. She has two years of experience as a fundraising volunteer and was recognized as the 2025 Woman of Impact by the American Heart Association. These positions highlight her dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Moreover, as the founder of her own fitness business, Kelly has spent seven years honing her skills in community engagement, wellness advocacy, public speaking, and media relations. Her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach are sure to bring new perspectives and ideas to We Care Arts.
Balancing Life and Passion
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kelly is a multitasking mom of triplets, a devoted wife, and a life-long learner. Her ability to balance these roles showcases her exceptional organizational skills and determination—qualities that will undoubtedly benefit We Care Arts as she works to elevate our mission of empowering healing through art and community.
