Pat Cavanaugh And Zach Arvin

We Care Arts Welcomes Two New Board Members: Pat Cavanaugh and Zach Arvin

We Care Arts is pleased to announce the appointment of Pat Cavanaugh and Zach Arvin to its Board of Directors. Their leadership, passion for community service, and commitment to empowering individuals through creativity will strengthen the organization’s mission and expand its impact across the Miami Valley.


Welcoming Pat Cavanaugh

Pat Cavanaugh brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, nonprofit advocacy, and strategic leadership. As a former board member of We Care Arts,  Pat’s insight will help guide the organization as it continues to grow its outreach and enhance opportunities for individuals with disabilities to express themselves through art.


Welcoming Zach Arvin

Zach Arvin is a Senior Accountant at Brady Ware & Company and joins the board with a strong background in business development, with experience supporting clients across the construction, dealership, manufacturing, and service-based industries. His work includes small-to-medium business and individual tax compliance, multi-state and local filings, business solutions and consulting services, and ASC 740 tax provision work. His enthusiasm for creative empowerment and his commitment to fostering accessible arts programming make him a valuable addition to the We Care Arts leadership team.
