Welcome Kevin J. Gray to Our Board of Directors!

We Care Arts is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Board of Directors, Kevin J. Gray. With a rich career marked by impressive accomplishments and leadership roles, Kevin is poised to bring fresh perspectives and invaluable expertise to our organization. His commitment to empowering individuals through art aligns perfectly with our mission to transform disabilities into possibilities.

Kevin's professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive. As the President of Westchester Education from 2017 to 2024, he not only founded the Education division but also drove consistent revenue growth, positioning the company to become one of the elite content providers in the US and internationally.  His strategic vision and management of a vast portfolio have been crucial in expanding the market share.

During his tenure as Content Director for ELA & Humanities at Cenveo Publisher Services (2014–2017), Kevin established the ELA and Humanities Development department, achieving remarkable revenue growth and significantly increasing the client base. His earlier roles at MPS, North America, and Academic Benchmarks further highlight his ability to lead and transform departments into profitable entities.

Kevin's thought leadership extends beyond his professional roles. He has been a panelist at prestigious conferences such as BETT UK, ASU-GSV, and EdWeek Market Brief Summit, and has hosted numerous webinars and podcasts. His contributions to the non-profit sector are equally commendable. Serving in leadership positions for various associations, Kevin has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and development.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College, underscoring his academic excellence and dedication to lifelong learning.

Katie Neubert, our Executive Director, expressed her excitement, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome Kevin to our Board of Directors. His extensive experience and dedication to both professional and community service align perfectly with our vision at We Care Arts. We are confident that Kevin's contributions will be invaluable as we continue to expand our programs and impact."

We invite you to join us in welcoming Kevin J. Gray to the We Care Arts family.
