More Than Just Celebrations, Please Save The Dates

Dear Friends of We Care Arts, 


Question: What does October 26th, December 3rd, December 14th, 2024, AND February 28th, 2025 have in common? Answer. . .

So, are YOU as surprised as I am that it is already October and that the 2024 holiday season is starting? As we enter the season of gratitude, I’m reminded of the incredible heart of our We Care Arts community. Each day, I witness how your generosity shapes the lives of our artist-clients and their families. It’s through your kindness and commitment that they continue to find healing, hope, and purpose in our studios through art projects like this creative pinecone flower artwork or this scenic village sitting next to a scarecrow paper mâché pumpkin head. It’s because of supporters like YOU that We Care Arts continues to be a place of healing, growth, and creativity for so many. YOU are helping to transform lives—one brushstroke, one smile, one connection . . .  and one event at a time. 

As YOU know, our upcoming events are more than just celebrations; they are opportunities to bring our mission to life.  From our community Trunk-or-Treat on October 26th, presented by Molina Healthcare, to the joy of Giving Tuesday on December 3rd, your participation helps create opportunities for individuals who often go unseen. Whether it's shopping for bespoke holiday gifts made by our artist-clients or volunteering as a cookie baker for our Cookie Walk presented by Kettering Heath on December 14th, every action YOU take leaves a lasting mark. 

I am especially excited to announce our annual Black & White Gala, Together We Care, presented by CareSource on Friday, February 28th, 2025. This is not just an evening of celebration; it is a testament to what we can achieve together when we commit to uplifting our community. Your presence at this event helps us continue offering vital programming to those who need it most.  
So please SAVE THE DATE! 


The fact is and always has been that your support does more than fill our studios with creativity—it fills lives with possibility. Each time YOU give, attend, or volunteer, YOU are changing lives in ways that extend far beyond our studios. Together, we are building a future where everyone can experience the transformative power of art.
