Artist-Clients Art Featured Around Town
Hello everyone,
I'm Lacey, the Art Curator here at We Care Arts, and I'm excited to share some wonderful updates with you this month!
I recently put together an art exhibit at Springboro Performing Arts Center. This is a great location with plenty of open space that really allows the artwork to shine. In total, we have 47 pieces created by our artist-clients for this display. We also have 37 pieces created by our artist-clients on display at the Wilmington-Stroop Library throughout the month of August. Make sure to stop into both locations to see their work and show your support!
Rosewood Arts Center is currently displaying Andi F. and Steven B.'s artwork in their Cats for All exhibit. Alongside that, Daokato R. and Andi F.'s sculptures are being featured in the 20th Annual HWD Juried Sculpture Exhibition, I’m so excited to have our artist-clients included in such a well-established show. If you'd like to celebrate their achievements in person, the closing reception will be held on September 12th from 1-3 p.m.
We've also added a new rotating art display at the Montgomery County Probate Resource Center, giving even more members of our community the chance to enjoy artwork from our talented artist-clients. Our rotating displays can currently be found at several wonderful locations, including Montgomery County Probate Courts, Dayton Live Schuster Center, Eudora Brewhouse, Wholly Grounds, and 10 Wilmington Place Senior Center. Be sure to keep an eye out next time you pass through!
