Your Social Shares Fuel Creativity and the Future of We Care Arts

Updates and a Social Media Challenge

Dear Friends of We Care Arts:

As the arts, education, and social services face ongoing challenges nationwide, We Care Arts continues to lean into our mission—empowering healing through art and community. Thanks to folks like you—our dedicated donors, sponsors, and friends—we continue to provide free to the participants (80% of which are at the 250% of the Federal Poverty Line), life-changing programs for adults living with developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and mental health diagnoses.

But the need is growing, and we need your partnership now more than ever to ensure these vital services continue.

SHARING: Help Us Amplify the Healing Power of Art!

July was a whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and connection. Our Facebook family grew to over 4,100 followers, with inspiring engagement on posts like our Artist-Client of the Month, Jenilynn.

Your likes, shares, and quick comments on social media make a huge difference. Every time you share a post with something as simple as “Check this out!” or “I’m so excited about what We Care Arts is doing,” you help increase our visibility—spreading awareness about our programs and strengthening support for our artist-clients.

This month through our social media these community connections shined brightly:

Each post you interact with doesn’t just showcase the creativity and talent of our artist-clients—it helps to build our community network which helps to ensure the continuity of these programs for those who need them most. Together, every like, share, and comment strengthens the community that makes We Care Arts possible.

So, today, I want to challenge you to find one post in August, one post this week, or even one post a day,  where you make a point to Like, Comment, & SHARE WITH A COMMENT a We Care Arts’ Facebook Post to  help build our community engagement.

In creativity and community,

Katie Neubert

Executive Director

PS: Every like, share, and “Check this out!” comment helps fuel creativity and keeps We Care Arts thriving. And oh yes of course—dollars still help too! If you’d like to make a financial impact, visit wecarearts.org/donate. As always, thank you for all your do for our We Care Arts community!
