A Journey Rooted in Community and Education

Originally from the Northmont area, Nicole has called Kettering home for the past seven years. It's a community she cherishes and one that has been a backdrop to her academic and professional growth. Nicole's educational journey began with an Associate's degree in Social Work from Sinclair, and she is now on the cusp of completing her Bachelor's in Psychological Science at Miami University, with graduation set for October. Additionally, Nicole's recent graduation from the Kettering Leadership Academy class of 2025 highlights her commitment to leadership and community engagement.


Evolving Role at We Care Arts

Nicole's new role as Administrative Compliance & Grant Specialist is an exciting evolution of her career at We Care Arts. Her role will extend beyond just managing  Accounts Receivable and ensuring compliance and data management but also taking on grant writing and grant management for the organization. This role aligns perfectly with Nicole's skills and her dedication to supporting the We Care Arts’ community.

Life Beyond Work

Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys a variety of interests that keep her energized and inspired. She has a love for nature, frequently exploring the great outdoors. Concerts, traveling, and movies are also on her list of favorites, providing her with a well-rounded and enriching life experience.
