2026 Art Scramble Recap

We had an absolutely fantastic time this month at our 4th annual Art Scramble, presented by Kettering Health! This year, we made some adjustments to the format to make it more convenient for our participants. Instead of racing around town to collect items from our business sponsors, we brought all of them together at the Town & Country Shopping Center. The "Art Scramblers" arrived at T&C, eager to start crafting their masterpieces. Some even showed up early to get a look at the supply tables, strategizing on how to weave the available materials into their artwork. Around 1:15, the teams ventured out within T&C to gather items generously donated by various businesses. The judges faced a significant challenge in selecting the first and second place teams. Each design was exceptionally creative! Among the materials they had to incorporate were a bowling pin, a bucket, and a pizza box. You won't believe the inventive ways they used them! Although it was difficult choosing the top two only one could walk away with the Artie S. Cramble and there could only be one runner up.   After a short deliberation the judges chose the artwork called "Rudolph The Red Nosed Raindeer" where Rebekah S. and her teammate transformed the bowling pin and pizza box into an artist working in an art studio.
